- Preorder Shipping
If you place an order that has both, ready-to-ship items and preorder items, then your entire order will ship when the preorder items are ready unless you make two separate purchases with separate shipping!
- Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
At this time, we do not offer cash refunds on items. We do offer returns/exchanges on items that still have their tags, have not been worn, & have not been washed or dried. If you are wanting to exchange the item for another size, we will ship that out to you if that size is available. If that size is not available then we can offer a store credit for the price of the item. Return/exchange shipping back to Creole Kids is the customers responsibility.
